How the process worx:

     1.  J Rod will review your request, and send you back an email letting you know a rough time frame that it will take to create your request.  The email will also include an estimated cost, and any suggestions or concerns she has with creating it.

     2.  Assuming the time frame and cost is acceptable we will request a 25% down payment, to start the project.

​

     3.  As J Rod works on you custom design she will send you texts and pictures of the progress and asking questions to ensure your custom design is turning out as planned.  If you request any changes during the design process, that have a potential of changing the price; that will be discussed with you in detail, and nothing will be done with out your blessing.

 

     4.  Once the creation is completed, you will be invoiced for the remaining 75% of the cost, and your project will be shipped.
